You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to MemeDome. By posting content, you grant MemeDome a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, promote, and feature your content for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting the platform. MemeDome does not claim ownership of user-generated content and does not sell it to third parties.
Content posted on MemeDome is public by default. Once published, content may remain visible through sharing or caching by third parties. Deleting content removes it from public display, but copies may persist temporarily in backups or archives.
MemeDome complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. Content may be removed in response to valid copyright takedown notices. Responsibility for copyright compliance remains with the uploader. See our Fair Use Policy for more information.

When you reshare content on MemeDome, you confirm you have the necessary rights to reshare it. You are responsible for any claims arising from content you create or reshare.
MemeDome uses OneSignal (OneSignal, Inc.) to deliver push notifications to your browser or device. OneSignal is a third-party push notification service that routes messages through the native push infrastructure of each browser or operating system (e.g. Chrome uses Google FCM, Safari uses Apple APNs, Firefox uses Mozilla's push service). By enabling push notifications — through the browser permission dialogue, the in-app consent prompt, or Settings → Notifications — you agree to receive the following categories:
To deliver push notifications, OneSignal assigns your browser a push subscription token — a unique string that identifies your device for message routing. This token is:
OneSignal processes message metadata (token, title, body, URL) to route notifications to your device. OneSignal's handling of this data is governed by the OneSignal Privacy Policy.
You have full control over push notifications at two levels:
Disabling all in-app categories prevents MemeDome from sending messages but does not revoke browser-level permission. To fully stop all future notifications, revoke permission at the browser level.
Push notifications are a new feature introduced on May 16, 2026. Existing users who have not previously granted browser notification permission will see a one-time consent prompt on their next login. Granting permission is entirely voluntary. You may continue using MemeDome without enabling push notifications.
MemeDome collects only the data necessary to operate the platform:
Data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (D1, R2) and Supabase (authentication). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
MemeDome's Settings page gives you granular control over your experience. Preferences are divided into:
Feed and content preferences are stored locally on your device. Language preference and notification settings are stored on your account and apply across all devices.
Muted tags allow you to hide content associated with specific topics from your feed without restricting other users' access to that content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemeDome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MemeDome, its owners, operators, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, your conduct, or violation of these terms.
MemeDome and its logo, design, and original content are owned by MemeDome or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit the platform's proprietary materials without permission.
MemeDome reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. OneSignal push subscription tokens associated with your account are deleted upon termination.
MemeDome uses third-party services including OneSignal (push notifications), Supabase (authentication), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and Resend (email). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
