You agree to use MemeDome responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not post or reshare content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or harmful. You are solely responsible for the content you post or reshare.
Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of the content you create and share on MemeDome. By posting or resharing content, you grant MemeDome a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, display, distribute, promote, and feature your content for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting the platform. This may include displaying content alongside advertisements. MemeDome does not claim ownership of user‑generated content.
Resharing & Visibility
Content shared on MemeDome may be public and visible to others. If you reshare content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so. Resharing content does not imply endorsement by MemeDome.
Moderation & Enforcement
MemeDome may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content at its discretion to maintain a safe environment. Repeated or serious violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
Liability Disclaimer
MemeDome is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemeDome is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform or from user‑generated content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MemeDome from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, conduct, or violation of this agreement.
Related Policies
This User Agreement works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using MemeDome, you agree to all applicable policies.
Changes
We may update this User Agreement periodically. Continued use of MemeDome after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
